My Story About Living Hypothyroid with Adrenal Fatigue

This is not an ad, this is really me.

For over 25 years I lived with a commonly undiagnosed condition called Hypothyroidism.

This is my story about how I found treatment, lost over 30lbs (not through a fad diet or some other gimmick), got my energy back so I could exercise, finally was able to sleep well at night, and dozens of other unexplained health issues...Read more

In-Person Workshop (!)

Hello to my blog friends (who all know me, but I don't know you!),

I am thinking about doing a workshop at an amazing herbal Apothecary here in Northampton Mass. Talking in public scares me to death, but I really think we can help each other living the Thyroid Life and I'd love to meet you!! Here are the details. The workshop would be 2-3 hours and would include:

• More information on my experiences with Hypothyroidism and Adrenal Fatigue

• Medicines and herbs for all the related thyroid and adrenal conditions

• My diet for Hypothyroidism and Adrenal Fatigue

• Updates on my thyroid compound

• An expanded worksheet to take home

• Question and answer session

• A chance to see my latest hair extensions!!

• And lots more...

The workshop would cost around $30 (sliding scale, so basically pay what you can).  Space is probably limited to 20-25.  I am SUPER excited to do this workshop and meet any of you who can make it. If you are interested in learning more please post a note here.

xxoo

Wow Lizzy! I only wish I lived closer to you! I would come in a heartbeat- I live in Houston TX, and I would love to learn more about all of these topics. You should write a book or e-book. I would definitely buy that.
