A technical update, yes I just reorganized the site layout

Hi friends,

Over the last year my site has become an 8 armed octopus of information, so I am trying to make my site easier to browse. I hope the changes are good, but if you really loved the old format let me know! I can switch back in about 2 minutes, seriously! I want you to be happy.

Hey Lizzy, so happy to hear you are still doing great on the compounded meds!
I hope to have mine today. I'm feeling awful! I have a question though,
did you go straight from the dose you were on with Naturethroid
to the same dose on the compound? I need to know soon as I'm hoping to start
in the next day or so. Thanks a bunch! Sue

Hi Sue,

Oh good! Glad you are getting the meds, I hope they work for you!!

Sorry to hear you are feeling so bad. It might take a few weeks to adjust to the new meds. I made the switch cold because I was so over Naturthroid. But a more cautious person might slowly replace 1 pill a day, then 2, 3 etc...

As for dose, this is tricky. On Naturthroid and Armour I was on 2.5 pills (about 150 mg a day) and any time I went higher my body freaked out. On the new compound I am taking 3 pills (180 mg) a day and feel great. I am just watching how I feel, checking body temp etc... to make sure I am at the right dose.

Let us know how it goes!
