Miss Lizzy's Community Cheer, Week 2

Hey everyone!

It's time for the weekly cheer. If you made a small step this week in coping with HypoT and/or Adrenal Fatigue its time to tell everyone.  And we want to know because its give us inspiration too.  It can as simple as just forgiving yourself and deciding its time to take charge. Or it could be big like trying a new diet or a new prescription. So tell us what you are trying and learning. Remember every small step counts.

P.S. My step this week was getting better at taking Ferritin supplements.  I've been slacking off and needed to give it more attention.

I ordered and received the ZRT labs combo test, which I purchased through the Canary club. A friend will help me with it because my brain is too foggy for directions right now. The HC hasn't done much for me yet, but I'm hoping that this test will help me to figure out if my dosages are off. I really hope that it provides some great insights!

I've also been spreading the word about hypoT and adrenal fatigue as much as possible, and I've given the link to this blog and the STTM website to quite a few people over the past week who found both very informative and helpful. I really want to do whatever I can to help others avoid losing years of their life to these illnesses.
